Condivideremo i risultati di Green STEM for NEET women, un progetto Erasmus+
Le discipline STEM (science, technology, engineering e mathematics) sono le materie del futuro, ma le donne che lavorano in questi settori sono ancora una minoranza.
Dopo aver seguito dei corsi gratuiti, le ragazze avranno l’ambizioso obiettivo di ideare dei prototipi sostenibili e green per le aziende del territorio.
The project aims to bring together a group of young women and give them a training opportunity in STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering and mathematics).
In Italy and Slovenia the gap between men and women who undertake scientific courses is still too big. This is the reason we want to give a group of young women the opportunity to access digital and technological education, with the aim of creating a network with the companies that are looking to hire new employees.
The course will be structured in lessons and workshops, to support the students through the acquisition of soft skills and self entrepreneurship ideas.
It’s “GREEN” because we are going to create connections between the participants and local companies that are looking for innovative and green approaches to transform their productive process.
We’ll provide our knowledge and experience in NEET courses to the project, and we’ll use our innovative and informal teaching techniques.
